Programme transparency

Simple safeguards keep rewards fair.

  • The referrer must be an eligible RangRaksha customer enrolled under the active programme.
  • The referred person must be a genuinely new lead and identify the referrer before quotation registration.
  • Referral benefits are released only after the qualifying project is completed, handed over and fully paid.
  • Loyalty points and rewards may have validity periods, redemption limits and eligible-service conditions.
  • Duplicate, self, employee, vendor or previously registered referrals are not eligible unless expressly approved.
  • The active written offer shared by RangRaksha governs reward value, redemption and combination with other offers.
