Diagnose before quoting
We inspect wall and ceiling condition, visible dampness, moisture risks and weak surfaces before recommending a paint system.
RangRaksha manages home painting and waterproofing projects across Noida, Delhi and Greater Noida—from inspection and scope definition to execution and handover.
We are a family of three—two working parents and our six-year-old son. After visiting friends' homes, he started asking why our own home did not feel as fresh, colourful and well maintained.
“Why doesn't our home look as well maintained as my friends' homes?”
That simple question pushed us to act. We explored the available options, selected a provider and followed the familiar process: the team visited, measured the area, defined a scope and shared a quotation.
On paper, everything looked organised. But the inspection measured square feet—not the health of the walls. The condition of the plaster, ceilings, moisture and dampness was not properly assessed before the job was defined.
The quotation promised two coats of paint, so two coats became the target—even on surfaces where repairs, drying, primer or a different treatment were more important than simply adding paint.
When we raised concerns, the project became stressful: repeated follow-ups, difficult conversations and uncertainty about who would take responsibility for the right solution. RangRaksha was created so other families do not have to manage that same chaos.
We inspect wall and ceiling condition, visible dampness, moisture risks and weak surfaces before recommending a paint system.
Two coats are not a solution by themselves. Preparation, drying, repairs, primer and product selection must match each surface.
Customers should know what was found, what is changing, why it is needed and how it affects cost or timing before work proceeds.
We would rather recommend the right solution than win a project by presenting the lowest-looking quotation.
Our customers should always understand the condition of their home, the solution being recommended, the trade-offs involved and the progress of the work. Quality comes before a deceptively low price, and communication stays open from the first inspection to final handover.
We are not a generic home-services marketplace. Every accepted project is scoped and managed as contractual work.

Structured scopes, stage photographs, material checkpoints and snag lists help the team catch omissions before handover.
Unclear quotations, changing costs, missing preparation, material confusion and blame between different workers are common. Our process is designed to reduce those gaps.
